Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition

You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

The return is initiated within the return window

Note: Rugs that have been used, stained, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

Contact us at info@budgetboosters.net with your order number and reason for return
Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
Ship the item back to the address provided (customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:

Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

Process approved refunds within 5–7 business days

Issue refunds to your original method of payment

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or shipped in error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

Include photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will replace the item at no extra cost or issue a full refund

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:

Check your bank or card provider again

Then contact your payment provider — processing times can vary
